Private companies with 31st December 2007 year ends should file their Accounts at Companies House by this date.
Deadline to file income tax self assessment returns for 2007/08 in paper form (ie not online). This deadline does not apply in some exceptional cases where the return cannot be filled online (for these, the paper filing deadline remains 31 January 2009). If the notice to file is issued late, the paper filing deadline is the later of 31 October 2008 and three months after the date of the notice.
